WHEREFORE , finding grave abuse of discretion on the part of the Sandiganbayan in denying the petitioner's Motion to Dismiss, as well as the subsequent Motion for Reconsideration thereof, the Court GRANTS the instant Petition for Certiorari and Prohibition and hereby REVERSES and SETS ASIDE Sandigabayan Resolutions dated January 9, 2017 and March 24, 2017 in Criminal Case Nos. SB-16-CRM-0773-0774. Let a new one be entered dismissing Criminal Case Nos.
