Zorilla, Cash Clerk III, Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Digos City, Davao del Sur, is found GUILTY of gross neglect of duty, gross dishonesty and grave misconduct. She is ordered DISMISSED from the service with forfeiture of all retirement benefits, except accrued leave credits, and with prejudice to re-employment in the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
