Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered, declaring the dismissal of the complainant illegal and respondent Sanden Aircon Philippines, Inc. is ordered: To pay complainant backwages from the time of [her] dismissal up to the date of promulgation of this decision[;] To pay complainant separation pay of one (1) month for every year of service [from] the date of employment up to the date of promulgation of this decision[;] To pay attorney's fees of 10% of the total award[; and] [To have its] financial analyst x x x compute the monetary award[s which form] part of this decision. All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
