WHEREFORE, the court hereby orders the dismissal of plaintiffs’ complaint against the defendants-vendees for lack of merit, and hereby further sustains the validity of Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-24791 issued in their names (defendants-vendees) by the Registry of Deeds for the City of Cotabato. The defendants-vendors are hereby jointly and severally ordered to pay moral damages of P500,000.00 to each of the plaintiffs, P100,000.

Defendants-vendors are hereby further ordered to return the P200,000.00 initial payment received by them with legal interest from date of receipt thereof up to November 3, 1987. Defendants-vendees counterclaim is hereby ordered dismissed. With cost against the defendants-vendors. SO ORDERED.
