WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the Defendant and against the Plaintiffs as follows: 1. The instant case is hereby dismissed for lack of cause of action; and 2. Ordering plaintiffs to pay P1,250,000.00 representing the balance on the house and lot with 9% interest thereon from January, 2001 until fully paid.
