WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, ordering the latter to pay the former as follows: 1. The amount of Sixteen thousand two hundred seventy-one pesos (P16,271.00), plus interest of six percent (6%) per annum reckoned from September 22, 2006 until the whole obligation is fully paid; 2. The amount of Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.
