WHEREFORE, finding accused Anecito Estibal y Calungsag guilty beyond reasonable doubt of Rape, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua without eligibility for parole in lieu of the death penalty; and to pay AAA [5] the amount of PhP 75,000.00 as civil indemnity; PhP 75,000.00 as moral damages, and PhP 25,000.00 as exemplary damages.
