WHEREFORE , the Decision appealed from is MODIFIED. Accused ARMANDO REANZARES also known as "Armando Rianzares" is found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Robbery with Homicide under Art. 294 of the Revised Penal Code as amended and is sentenced to reclusion perpetua . He is ordered to pay the heirs of the victim P50,000.00 as indemnity for death, another P50,000.00 for moral damages, P1,200.00 for actual damages, P438,971.40 for loss of earning capacity, and P22,000.00 for funeral, burial and related expenses. Costs de oficio . SO ORDERED.
