Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the defendants Edgar Calaycay Ranese and Travel & Tours Advisers, Inc. to jointly and solidarity pay the following: I. 1. To plaintiff Alberto Cruz, Sr. and his family - a) the sum of P50,000.00 as actual and compensatory damages; b) the sum of P250,000.00 for loss of earning capacity of the decedent Alberto Cruz, Jr. and ; c) the sum of P50,000.00 as moral damages. 2. To plaintiff Virginia Muñoz - a) the sum of P16,744.00 as actual and compensatory damages; and b) the sum of P150,000.00 as moral damages. 3. To Edgar Hernandez - a) the sum of P50,000.00 as actual and compensatory damages. II. The sum of P50,000.00 as attorney's fees, and III. The sum of P4,470.00 as cost of litigation SO ORDERED.
