Ruling

ACCORDINGLY, the decision appealed from is reversed and set aside and a new one entered finding complainants termination illegal. Thus, he is hereby ordered reinstated with full backwages until actual reinstatement. The claim for moral and exemplary damages is denied for lack of merit. With attorneys fees and costs of litigation against respondent. SO ORDERED.
