Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, the accused, ARMIE NARVAS y BOLASOC is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for the felonies of illegal sale of dangerous drugs and illegal possession of dangerous drugs under Sections 5 and 11, Art. II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and he is sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00) in Criminal Case No. 2011-0117-D and twelve (12) years and one (1) day, as minimum, to twenty (20) years, as maximum, and a fine of P300,000.00 in Criminal Case No. 2011-0118-D . The seized shabu is hereby confiscated in favor of the State for its destruction in accordance with law. SO ORDERED.
