WHEREFORE , premises considered, the accused, ARMIE NARVAS y BOLASOC is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for the felonies of illegal sale of dangerous drugs and illegal possession of dangerous drugs under Sections 5 and 11, Art. II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and he is sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00) in Criminal Case No.

II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and he is sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00) in Criminal Case No. 2011-0117-D and twelve (12) years and one (1) day, as minimum, to twenty (20) years, as maximum, and a fine of P300,000.00 in Criminal Case No. 2011-0118-D . The seized shabu is hereby confiscated in favor of the State for its destruction in accordance with law. SO ORDERED.
