WHEREFORE, premises considered, accused Arnel Mataro and Nick Perucho are hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of murder, both to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and to pay jointly and severally the heirs of Enrique Castillo the following: 1)P725,000.00 as actual damages; 2)P1,000,000.00 as moral damages; and 3) to pay the cost. SO ORDERED.
