TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered ordering Defendants BEJAN MORA SEMILLA and PEDRO DE BELEN to pay, jointly and severally, Plaintiff the following: (a) civil indemnity in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 50,000.00); (b) actual damages in the amount of One Million Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos and Twelve Centavos ([PHP] 1,641,865.12); (c) Moral damages in the amount of Eighty Thousand Pesos ([PHP] 80,000.
