WHEREFORE, this Court rules and so holds that: This Court has jurisdiction over the instant case; The Amended Petition is admitted and defendants may file responsive pleadings or amendments to their original answers within ten [10] days from receipt hereof; and The plaintiffs have not made out a case for the issuance of a temporary restraining order and/or the writ of preliminary prohibitory injunction, and therefore the plaintiffs' prayer for its issuance is denied. SO ORDERED.
