WHEREFORE, premised on the attendant facts and evidence and application of laws and jurisprudence, as the quantum of evidence of proof beyond reasonable doubt was duly established by the prosecution, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused PAULO CASTIL y ALVERO GUILTY as charged in the Information and he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty from ranging [sic] Ten (10) Years and One (1) Day of prision mayor maximum in its minimum period as minimum to Ten (10) Years Eight (8) Months and One (1) Day of prision mayor maximum in its medium period as maximum. SO ORDERED.
