WHEREFORE , the Court renders judgment finding accused Maria Consuelo Malacampo Repollo GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Other Acts of Child Abuse under Republic Act No. 7610. The Court sentences her to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of six years of prision correccional to seven years of prision mayor . She is directed to indemnify the complaining minor in the following amounts: Php20,000.
