WHEREFORE, the termination of complainant is hereby declared illegal. ACCORDINGLY, she should be reinstated with full backwages, which as of May 31, 2002, now amounts to P122, 248.71. Ten (10%) percent of the total monetary award as attorney's fees is likewise ordered.
