Ruling

WHEREFORE , the notarial commission of respondent Atty. Leonardo M. Real is hereby REVOKED . He is disqualified from reappointment as notary public for a period of two (2) years and SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) year, effective immediately. He is WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar offense in the future shall be dealt with more severely. He is directed to report the date of receipt of this Decision in order to determine the date of effectivity of his suspension. Let copies of this Decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and all courts in the country for their information and guidance. Let a copy of this Decision be attached to respondents personal record as attorney. SO ORDERED.
