WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants ordering the latter and all persons claiming rights under them to: To immediately vacate the subject premises and surrender possession thereof to the plaintiff. To pay the monthly rental of P2,000.00 from December 1, 2002 up to the time they finally vacate the premises. To pay attorney's fee of Php 10,000.
