TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE , the instant petition is hereby GRANTED. The Resolution dated 11 April 2002, Order dated 19 April 2002 and Order dated 17 May 2002 are hereby NULLIFIED AND SET ASIDE. Respondent is hereby ORDERED to reinstate petitioner as general manager of AKELCO without prejudice however to the conduct of proper proceedings for his suspension and termination as stated herein, if warranted. SO ORDERED.
