Hernandez, Clerk III, Branch 199, Regional Trial Court, Las Piñas City, is found GUILTY of DISHONESTY , and is meted the penalty of SUSPENSION for six (6) months without pay, effective immediately, with a STERN WARNING that the commission of the same or similar act in the future will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
