TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , from all the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused " GUILTY " beyond reasonable doubt in both cases. Accordingly, in Criminal Case No. 5819 for possession of drug paraphernalias ( sic ), accused is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment ranging from SIX (6) MONTHS and ONE (1) DAY, as minimum, to FOUR (4) YEARS , as maximum; and to pay a fine of Ten Thousand (Php 10,000.00) Pesos.

WHEREAS , in Criminal Case No. 5820 for violation of Section 12, R.A. 9165, accused is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment ranging from TWELVE (12) YEARS and ONE (1) DAY, as minimum, to SIXTEEN (16) YEARS, as maximum ; and, to pay a fine of Three Hundred Thousand (Php300,000.00) Pesos. The drug and drug paraphernalias ( sic ) are hereby confiscated and forfeited in favor of the government. SO ORDERED.
