TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants: For the defendants to vacate the premises; For the defendants to pay the plaintiff the amount of P20,000.00 as rental from the date of the filing of the complaint until March 2001 and to pay the additional amount of P500.00 every month thereafter until the defendants vacate and surrender the premises to the plaintiff; To pay attorney's fees in the amount of P10,000.
