WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused JANET PEROMINGAN y GEROCHE GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Violation of Sec. 5, Republic Act 9165, and is hereby sentenced to suffer Life Imprisonment and to pay fine in the amount of P500,000.00. Costs against the accused.
