WHEREFORE , the prosecution having proven the guilt of the accused WILSON ROMAN beyond reasonable doubt for the felony of murder, he is hereby CONVICTED and sentenced to suffer imprisonment from twenty years and one day to forty years of reclusion perpetua . He is further ordered to indemnify the heirs of Vicente Indaya represented by Elisea B. Indaya the following amount: 1)For the death of Vicente Indaya – Pesos: One Hundred Thousand ([P]100,000.
