TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, accused Cresenciano Enolva alias "Sonny" Enolva is hereby pronounced guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the two counts of Murder, qualified by treachery. Accused is hereby sentenced to Death both in Criminal Cases Nos. '95-6021 and '95-6047, to indemnify the heirs of Rogelio Abunda and Julie Abunda in the amount of Fifty Thousand ( P 50,000.00) Pesos in both cases, to pay moral damages of Thirty Thousand ( P 30,000.

SO ORDERED.
