WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants in the following manner: Declaring that the plaintiffs-spouses Angel and Louisa Ayogat have legal or equitable title to, or interest in the real property subject of this suit; Declaring that sad plaintiffs have possession de jure, or possession as a right over the same real property afore-mentioned; Ordering the defendants-spouses Delio and Emilia Guinyawan to vacate the premises in issue; and Ordering the said defendants to pay attorneys' fees and litigation expenses of P10,000.00. Costs against the defendants. SO ORDERED.
