Ruling

WHEREFORE, viewed from the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants as follows: Declaring the KASULATAN NG TULUYANG BILIHAN dated February 12, 2000 as NULL and VOID; and Ordering the defendants: (a) to return to the plaintiffs the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS which they have paid in the simulated deed of sale plus an interest of 12% per annum to commence from the date of the filing of this case; (b) To pay the plaintiffs moral damages in the amount of Php50,000.00; (c) To pay exemplary damages of Php50,000.00; (d) To pay attorney's fees in the amount of Php10,000.00; and (e) To pay the costs of suit. SO ORDERED.
