WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered as follows: Babe SJ. Ramirez (OIC Branch Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Branch 69, Binangonan, Rizal) and Violeta Flordeliza (clerk in charge of civil cases of the same court), are hereby found LIABLE for conduct prejudicial to the service, and are accordingly SUSPENDED without pay from the service, for ONE YEAR . Carlos Salvador, Sheriff, same court, is declared LIABLE for grave misconduct and is from the service, with forfeiture of retirement benefits, except accrued leave credits. He is further BARRED from re-employment in any branch or office of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. The countercharge against Judge Philbert I. Iturralde, Regional Trial Court, Branch 58, Angeles City, is DISMISSED for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
