TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, the prosecution having established the guilt of accused NARZAL R. MUÑEZ and ROGELIO LALUCAN beyond reasonable doubt, they are hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of Six years and one month of prision mayor to Ten years of prision mayor , and perpetual disqualification from public office. As to the accused ALFREDO QUILILAN, the case against him shall be placed in the archives, to be lifted therefrom should circumstances warrant. SO ORDERED.
