WHEREFORE, Atty. Gil Luisito R. Capito, Court Attorney IV, Office of the Chief Attorney, is, for Gross Discourtesy, SUSPENDED for Three Months without pay, with a WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely. Let this case be referred to the Office of the Bar Confidant for appropriate action, it appearing that respondent has also violated Rules 7.
