Ruling

WHEREFORE, this Court hereby approves the application for registration and thus places under the operation of Act 141, Act 496 and/or Presidential Decree No. 1529, otherwise known as the Property Registration Law that parcel of land described as Lot No. 14839-B[,] Cad-355 Csd-04-028178-D, containing an area of SIXTEEN THOUSAND [EIGHT] HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (16,854) SQUARE METERS, more or less, in the name of THE HEIRS [of] Doroteo Montoya represented by Buenaventura Montoya at Barangay Talon, Amadeo, Cavite. Once, this DECISION becomes final and executory, the corresponding decree of registration shall forthwith issue[.] SO ORDERED.
