TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, this Court hereby finds accused ROGELIO DEL AYRE Y LITRAN GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of two (2) counts of Rape defined and penalized under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by Republic Act No. 7659, and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua for Crim. Case No. 1402-M-97 and Death for Crim.

WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, this Court hereby finds accused ROGELIO DEL AYRE Y LITRAN GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of two (2) counts of Rape defined and penalized under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by Republic Act No. 7659, and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua for Crim. Case No. 1402-M-97 and Death for Crim. Case No 1403-M-97 and to pay private complainant AAA the amount of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos ( P 75,000.00) as moral damages. With costs. SO ORDERED.
