WHEREFORE, premises considered, respondents RNB Garments Phils., Inc., Robert Sy and Ramil Sarol are hereby declared guilty of Illegal Dismissal and hereby ORDERED to immediately reinstate all the complainants to their former positions without loss of seniority rights and benefits. Further, the above respondents are jointly and severally liable to pay all complainants the following: Full backwages from October 19, 2011 until actual reinstatement.
