WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the complainants to report back to their former jobs within ten (10) days from receipt of this Decision and the respondent company is in turn directed to accept them back but without back wages. In the event however, that this is no longer possible, the respondent company is ordered to pay the complainants their separation pay computed at one-half (1/2) month salary for every year of service, a fraction of at least six (6) months to be considered as one (1) whole year. The respondent is likewise ordered to pay complainants attorney's fees equivalent to ten (10%) percent of the total thereof as attorney's fees. All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
