Garcia and Bayani Garcia are ORDERED to PAY Merian B. Santiago the principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P1,549,000.00) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from January 20, 2004, the date of extrajudicial demand, until June 30, 2013, and at the rate of 6% per annum from July 1, 2013, until full payment. SO ORDERED.
