WHEREFORE, Atty. Salvador T. Sabio is hereby found guilty of violating Canons 17 and 18 of the Canons of Professional Responsibility and is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one year from his receipt of this Decision, with a STERN WARNING that similar acts will be dealt with even more severely. Let copies of this Decision be furnished all courts and the Office of the Bar Confidant, which is instructed to include a copy in respondent's personal file.
