WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the Register of Deeds of Nueva Ecija ( sic ) to cancel Transfer Certificate of Title No. EP-86727 with DAR E.P. No. 00735825 registered under the name of Jose E. De Lara. The Register of Deeds is likewise directed to issue a transfer Certificate of title in the name of the petitioner. Respondents are directed to surrender the afore-referred Emancipation Patent with the Register of Deeds, otherwise, the latter shall effect the cancellation of pursuant to the pertinent provisions of P.D. 1529 and its implementing rules and regulations. So Ordered.
