TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE , based on the foregoing, the decision of the Regional Trial Court-Br. 44, Manila, finding accused-appellant Romeo Mallari y Sanchez GUILTY of murder and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , to indemnify the heirs of Alfredo Mendoza P50,000.00 and to pay the costs, is AFFIRMED. SO ORDERED.
