Alumbres, former presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court of Las Piñas, Branch 255, is FINED FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) for undue delay in rendering a decision in Civil Case No. LP-96-300. Said amount is hereby ORDERED deducted from retirement benefits of respondent. SO ORDERED.
