NOW TI-IEREFORI-). BE IT ORDATNF:D, AS tT IS FIEREBY ORDAINFD by the SANGCIINIANG PANLUNGSOD oF MARTKTNA in session duly ORDINANCE NO. I24 Series of 2002 Page of SECTION 1. Any public utility tricycle apprehended and found to be operated by a drug pusher/ user and./or being used as a means of tmnsport in the distribution of illegal drugs, shall be imposed with the penalty ofpermarent cancellation of the franchise-to-operare. 2. SECTION The apprehended public utilif tricycle shall be impounded for use as evidence and its ftanchise-to-opsrate and relative documents thereof shall be stamped or marked as p€man91tly cancelled by the public Utiliry Transpofiation Fran&ising regulatory Board (PUTFRB) and the Marikina Land Transportation Office (MLTO). 3. SECTION The ddver/operator of the public utilitj? tricycle shall be subjected to the usual blood test and drug examination, aad shall be imposed with the conesponding penalties or punishment in accordance with existing laws and ordinances.
