SERIES OF 2018 'AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE INTEGRATION OF
BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE TO THE BUSINESS PERIUITS AND
LICENSING SYSTEM UNDER SEC. 11 OF R.A. NO. 11032 ALSO KNOWN AS
EASE OF DOING BUSINESS AND EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT SERVICE

WHEREAS, in order to fully implement and comply with the Republic Act I1032, those
which states that:
SEC. 11. "(fl Barangay clearances and permits related to doing business
shall be applied, issued and collected ot the cityr'municipality in accordance
with the prescribed processing time of this Act: Provided, that the ,yhare in
the collections shall be remitted to the respective barangays."
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT OTDAINED AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD of MARIKINA, in session duly assembled that;
SECTION L Section 2 of the said ordinance should read as
Section 2. Barangay Cleorances and permit shall be applied, issued and
collected by the Business Permits and Licensing ffice. ,

SECTION 2. Section 3 of the said ordinance shall read as
Section 3. To ffict the one-time ossessment of fees and charges and one-
time payment, the barangay clearance fees shall be integrated by the city to
its system and incorporated to its billing and Permit during renewal and
application of new business, with rates based on Sec.I and 2 of Ordinance
No. 72 Series of 201l.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take upon approval.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of MARIKINA on the 27e
day of November 2019.
