SANTIACO WHEREAS, on July 24,2002, the City Council of Marikina enacted Ordinance No. 079, Series of 200.2, regulating the usage of electrical posts by telecommunication carriers, cornmunity anterura television companies (CATV) and other apparatus, and providing penalties for violation thereof; WHEREAS, r€gulation of the use of electrical posts by private utility companies entails cost to the City Govemment; WHEREAS, tmder section 186 of the tocal Govemment Taxation, Local Govemment units, may levy taxes, fees or charges on any base or subject not otherwise specifically enunerated or taxed under the pmvisions ofthe National lnternal Revenue Code; Now TIIEREFORE' BE IT ORDAINED, As IT rs HEREBY ORDAINED by rhe SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD oF MARIKINd in session duly assembrd thar: l.
