WHEREAS, the amendment this lime perlains to the manner on how the share of the
OPSS will bc utilized by the City covemment of Marikina:
WHEREAS. the existing ordinance provides that thc incentives granted 10 the OPSS
shall be subjcct to the approval ol the Honorable City Mayor, and shall be uscd only as
funds lbr thcir activily-rclated lunctions and logistic requiremcnts of their respective
unirs that include maintcnance oftheir lacilirics:

NOw THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEI) AS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by thc
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD of MARI Kl NA. in session duly assembled, that:
