I SECTTON Section ordinance No. 043, Series of 2017 which amended Section tg of Ordinance No' 86, Series of 2015 known as an "Ordinance Adopting the 2015 Senior Citizens Code of Marikina city", is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTTON 1. Creaion of Barangay hSCA.- There shall be a Barangay 7SCA created .for each qf the sixteen^(16) barangays of Marikina. Each' Barangay OSCA shall be composed of a Chairperson,"a' Vice Chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer, an Auditor and.four (4) Board Members oll of whom are to be elected by the senior citizens of the. concerned barangoy. Section 2r thereof is also hereby amended to read as follows: /f!e Ordinance No. 138 Series of 2019 Page 2 of 2 *SECTION 21. Term of Office of all elected Barangay OSCA OfJicerc.- Elected Barangcu OSCA Officers shall take their oath and assume their respective olfices fi.fteen (15) days after their election. Chairpersons of the Barangay OSCA and all other fficer.s shall serve for one (l) term equivalent to two (2) yeors with re- election and shall continue to serve in hold over capacity until their successors shall have been elected and qualified. " SECTION 2. Repealing Clause.- All existing ordinances, executive orders and other local laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed and/or amended accordingly.
