The Public Utili0 Transporhrion Franchising Regulatory Board (PUTFRB) and l,and Transportation Office (MLTO) in coopention with the police au{rcriry for the anest/apprehension of the subject public utiliry triaycle, is hereby task€d to the franchise-to-operale afld relative thercto, issue documents for the tlarlsfer and of said franchise-to-operate to the illfolmant or the person covered by Section I of 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. by the CITY COUNCIL of MARIKINA, on this l8m day ofDec€mber, 2002.
