WHEREFORE, the Office of the Solicitor General's " Ex Abudanti Ad Cautelam Motion for Partial Reconsideration" is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Bureau of Internal Revenue is DIRECTED TO REMIT to the Office of the Solicitor General 5% of the total compromise amount paid by Hotel Specialist (Tagaytay), Inc. pursuant to their Judicial Compromise Agreement. SO ORDERED.
