ACCORDINGLY, the Petition is DENIED for lack of merit. The Decision dated May 4, 2021, and the Resolution dated December 13, 2021, of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 109458 are AFFIRMED. The case is hereby REMANDED to Branch 261, Regional Trial Court, Pasig City, for the conduct of further proceedings in relation to: (1) the determination of the proper amount of support pendente lite , if still warranted under the circumstances; and (2) the liquidation, partition, and distribution of the co-owned properties of Willy Q. Tee Ten and Nellie Y. Chan Tee Ten in accordance with Article 147 of the Family Code. SO ORDERED.
