WHEREFORE , under the foregoing considerations, accused Amalia Soriano y Realingo aka 'Amy', the prosecution having proven her guilt beyond reasonable doubt in Criminal Case No. 16274 for violation of Section 11, Article II of [Republic Act No.] 9165 affecting 16.9618 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, a dangerous drug, she is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment from [30] years to life imprisonment and to pay the fine of [PHP 500,00.
