ACCORDINGLY , the Court finds respondent Antonio Magallanes, Jr., then Court Stenographer I, Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Aloran-Panaon-Jimenez, Misamis Occidental, GUILTY of gross insubordination and two counts of gross misconduct for which he would have been DISMISSED from the service had he not been previously dropped from the rolls. In lieu of dismissal, respondent Antonio Magallanes, Jr.'s retirement and other benefits, except accrued leave credits, is hereby FORFEITED ; he is PERPETUALLY DISQUALIFIED from reemployment in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations; and he is hereby FINED in the amount of PHP 100,001.00 for each count of gross misconduct, or a total of PHP 200,002.00, to be paid directly to the Court. SO ORDERED.
